i've only told one of my IRL friends so far - we're in NYC for the weekend, and I only get to see her 1-2 times a year, so I was thrilled to be able to tell her in person. she's due right between you and me, so it was really fun to see her reaction. we'll tell our closest seattle friends in person this week, and our closest SF friends when we go down in 2 weekends. and then at some point, FB and work...i have coworkers on my FB, so i haven't decided when i want to go public there yet. we'll see!
