We've been seeing a lot at work (pediatric dermatology)...use OTC 1% hydrocortisone mixed with Clotrimazole (also OTC) 2x day all over, then use zinc oxide or Aquahpor with each diaper change. The hydrocortisone will take away the "burn" that the new Dry Max is causing, but studies show that within 24 hours, yeast colonates in the diaper area since it is a wet area, hence the clotrimazole. Hope she feels better soon!!
Re: **Leanna*** (and other babies with diaper rashes/burns)
Thank you so much!!!
I feel so badly for her because it just looks painful. I bought the 7th generation diapers yesterday and i'll use those until this clears up but I'm not going back to the pampers dry max!!! I have everything except the clotrimazole so I'll go out and get that this morning.

We've been using Seventh Generation diapers since having the second kid, and we like them a lot. Hope they work for you, too.
Yesterday DD was doing pretty bad so I ran out to get Huggies and already I can see a huge difference today! I am not a big fan of Huggies, so I will probably check out the other recs here, but most def seems like it was dry max causing the problem which really saddens me because I really loved Papmers for a while....
