I took the Biology one when I was in grad school. I bought the study guide and a college textbook and studied a LOT, and earned a great passing score. The test was set up in a computer lab and there was a proctor, and I think there may have been one or two other students in there with me. I'm pretty sure it was on a weekend morning (this was about 7 years ago).
I took AP Bio in high school, and I think it was pretty similar to what that exam would have been like (had I opted to take it in high school; oh hindsight). :-)
On our way to 3 under 4!

Baby Boy Due This Summer!
I took quite a few when I was in the Air Force. They were free so I thought I'd take advantage. I can't remember exactly what I took but I passed all of them without studying. Not saying that was a good idea but at the time it worked for me.

I was able to test out of 66 credits. I tested out of everything from history to chemstry to psycology. I did not study either. I would not reccomend this either, but it worked for me as well. They were multiple choice and essay.
easy, easy, easy! worth the 1-2 hours if you need to get some credits quick or need to have a specific class but don't want or have time to actually take it...
