S/O paying babysitters - what do you do for family who babysit occasionally?

My Aunt has taken care of X a few times - just for a couple of hours. The first time I brought her back a tea from Starbucks, but nothing the other times. My mom babysat for a few hours this evening. It's not a routine thing - just once in a while.
Do you do anything for family when they take LO like this?

No, I don't.
I'l bring baked goods or something when we get together for Sunday night dinner.
For parents and older family members, a bottle of wine or coffee.
For younger siblings etc we pay them about 10 an hour.
My sister is 23 and is living on her own trying to make ends meet so we pay her 10$ an hour.
For the most part no I don't pay them but I would on occasion bring them some sort of treat.
The only people that stay with her are my mom and DH's mom and they beg us too, so I don't usually give them anything. We do other things for them all the time, but not necessarily every time they watch her.
No, but so far only my parnts and ILs have watched DS. If we go out to eat early, we usually bring them meals from wherever we're eating, but we don't pay them. If it was someone other than the grandparents, I'd probably feel like I should pay.
Nope. We might bring MIL some food back from the restaurant and not ask her for money for it, or we'll do an errand for her while we're out to save her time the next day, but normally we don't "pay" her in any way.
SIL has never watched B, but I think if she did it would end up being a "okay, now you owe us some babysitting" kind of thing since she has a daughter six months older than B. This is actually part of the reason I don't ask her to babysit, because I don't want to watch a 16 month old and a 10 month old at the same time. I mean, I love my niece, I just don't want watching her to become a routine situation.

I try to have dinner for whoever is babysitting (usually one set of grandparents), beer for the grandpas and a stock of goodies to eat.
My parents always watch DS for free. My mom lives with my niece so it's a way for her to get out of the house and have "DS time".
My ILs, on the other hand, pay US to babysit. Every time they come over, they make a small deposit (usually coins) into DS's piggy bank. 
I have yet to use anyone else because ILs are retired and my parents live 10 minutes away. I'm sure if my 15 year old cousin babysat we'd pay him in cash- probably $10 an hour or something.
We just return the favor. Most of my siblings and all of DH's siblings live nearby and have kids, so we end up watching each other's kids semi-frequently. There are no formal schedules or agreements, just a general understanding that we're all willing to take someone else's kid for a few hours when necessary.
I'd pay my younger sister (20 years old in college) to watch DS for a evening, but would probably have to do it by filling up her gas tank or something because she wouldn't want to take money in exchange for watching him, even though I know she needs it.
