I need snack help (for me, not LO)

So I'm trying to get a little healthier with my night time snacks. Before bed, I always want something sweet to eat (usually-sometimes salty)....I could eat ice cream every night easily (and sometimes do!)....anyways, I'm looking for some good, healthy options to satisfy my sweet tooth at night. Any suggestions??

  • I'm doing Weight Watchers, and I have dessert almost every night! Some of my faves are sugar free chocolate pudding w/ lite cool whip, a creamsicle or skinny cow ice cream sandwich, fat free frozen yogurt or just a couple squares of good chocolate and a small glass of red wine. If I want something salty I have 94% fat free microwave popcorn. For me it's all about portion control... I'll buy the half the fat ice cream, but then eat a huge bowl. I've been measuring serving sizes and it's really helped me.

  • Do you like Jello? They have sugar free and 10 calorie ones at the grocery store.

  • Skinny Cow!! I love that stuff and it isn't horrible for you. I compared the Skinny Cow sandwiches to a serving of milano cookies and the sandwiches won hands down! Plus they are more filling then some cookies.

What if you tried adding some fresh fruit to your ice cream: banana slices, strawberries etc. You could even switch to yogurt with fruit and honey.

I have been eating Heart 2 Heart oatmeal packets and they are pretty tasty. Maybe try that since there is a bit of sugar it might hit the spot.
