Blood work results

I just got a call from my OB. I had to see a rheumatologist because my ANA results came back positive. I had more blood work done on 5/3 and I just found out that my initial results were a false positive. We got the go ahead to start ttc # 2 next month if we want to. She is also going to have me on baby aspirin and extra folic acid once I get a bfp.

I have had intermittent positive ANA's for the past 13 years. They opted not to put me on aspirin throughout my pregnancy. Do they think you have a clotting problem or just being extra cautious?
