Need hair advice (PIP)

I have a hair appt tomorrow and I think I am going for a major change.  Shall I go for? PIP of my current hair below.

1)Bangs

2)Color

3)Body Wave

4)Other - make a suggestion

    Highlights always made me feel all fun and summery.  I stopped a while ago though, because I just couldn't deal with the maintenance.

    Bangs could be fun, and would definitely be major. I think  you could pull them off well!

    What about keeping it the color it is, or maybe a few highlights along with bangs sort of like this:

    and maybe take of a little length to lighten up any heaviness.
