What made you go with this? Originally I had thought I would either get JCPenney furniture, or even Graco Lauren with Ikea dresser, but I can't stop looking at the Munire. It is great quality (so I hear) and the furniture I buy is the furniture I want my child to have forever. I don't want to buy furniture down the road again. So if you have this furniture, please persuade me that the $2500 price tag is worth it!

Re: For those who have Munire furniture...
For me it was between Munire and Pali, which is also just as expensive. It's good quality, doesn't look like kiddy furniture, will last, the crib will turn into a full size bed and we could afford it. That all sealed the deal.
I think with cheap furniture you get what you pay for. Kids put furniture through the ringer!
Ask the store you're purchasing from if they'll give a multi-piece discount. We got a discount for buying more than 3 pieces.

we just got our munire furniture, the savannah collection. i LOVE it, and honestly for $2500 we got the dresser, mirror, crib, mattress, and bookshelf and all of it delivered, i think that is a pretty decent deal! i plan on this being her furniture forever!
We bought the Munire Tampa crib and combo. It's gorgeous quality and the style was just what we wanted -- I liked hte Deco even better, but they had the Tampa on clearance because it's discontinued. We got the crib, combo and conversion rails for 1000 with tax. If we'd had room we might have sprung for the armoire, too.
Honestly, after getting my hands on the Munire, I didn't want the cheap stuff. I wanted stuff that could grow.
I've just started looking for nursery furniture and I'm not sure what all you're buying, but the Muniere crib I saw was only ~$300!
We're trying to avoid furniture made in China and we want something that has a good quality and safety rating. Muniere had one recall a few years ago but that was for lead in a "rubbed black" finish that they no longer use.
