National g2g? Anyone interested?
I've seen it done on other boards... how neat would it be to meet somewhere for a weekend and meet everyone in person from this board? Figuring out where to meet and when is probably the hardest part, and whether to leave our LO's at home with the DH's or not...
I feel like I know many of you from Facebook (and also most of you who live in the metro DC area) but I'd like to meet everyone 
What do you all think? If you are interested, please reply and name the biggest city you live near. Eg. YES - Washington DC.

If we brought the LOs, we should do somewhere kid-friendly, like Sesame Place
I think that would be awesome.
I am about 4 hours from Minneapolis, Chicago, or St. Louis.
So far it's either DC or Chicago I think and I'm totally fine with either since I live near DC and am a HUGE Bears fan
Now we need to decide to bring LO's or leave them with DH. I think I'd vote for the latter, since it will make all the logistics easier. And I'm thinking it should be a classy weekend - great food, spa trip, wine tasting - let's do it all!
Maybe a Friday - Sunday. For those working, perhaps you can request Friday off? I'm getting excited about this. Maybe some time in July or August?

Maybe we can plan 2 - particularly for those who can't make it to one.
1 gtg can be totally kid and DH friendly - like meeting at Sesame Place or somewhere like that, and the other can be just for us ladies. What do you all think of that? And they can be in 2 different locations perhaps.

So I'm brainstorming ideas...
What if we rented a beach house for a long weekend - take our LO's to the beach, and our DH's could come too (or not if they don't want to). Possible locations - Virginia Beach, a DE beach (Bethany, Rehoboth, etc.) or NJ - (Ocean City, Atlantic City, Cape May). I'd say OBX but I know several of us already have trips planned there this year.

What do you guys think of maybe having a g2g in July with the babies and then maybe one in late August or early Sept without? Two different locations.
Maybe one in DC area and one in STL or Chicago. If we have one in DC, I'm happy to host a few of you - we have a couple spare bedrooms!

I would vote that we pick an "affordable city"... I would say that NYC, for example would be REALLY expensive hotel cost wise, etc. I would totally be game:)
YES!! I am in Philadelphia, however, DC/Baltimore/NYC are a close enough drive.
I LOVE the beach idea -- I love DE beaches too!
1st pregnancy: m/c began 1/12/09 d&c 1/13/09 8wks. Baby stopped growing at about 6wks.
