I bought one at walmart for like 12/14 bucks its ok, i did it for a little while but I got lazy a couple of days and stopped doing it. I need to do it again it really helped when i needed stretching from back pain exspecially in lowe back or hip pain.
Also wanted to put in my vote for Shiva Rea Prenatal Yoga. Disclaimer: I love Shiva Rea and have for years. I find her at-home videos to be absolutely top of the line and would recommend to any home-based yogi.
What I like about her Prenatal: 1- it is in sections, so you can break it up on days you aren't feeling like doing it all or don't have time. 2-she has two women besides herself on there, one in 2nd tri, one in 3rd, that show you the modifications, so it truly is an all-pregnancy video. 3-the video is mellow and her voice is soothing, but not overly so.
Negative- the video isn't well chaptered/matrixed, so you have to just ffwd through pieces to get to other parts. Not a huge issue, just not as convenient as her newer DVDs which are matrixed so you can mix and match or play right through.
To the OP - enjoy your video! I love mine. Just did 40 minutes of it today!
Re: Anyone use a prenatal yoga video?
This. Even on days when I don't do the workout, I at least do the Kegel exercises she teaches.
Thanks! I'm ordering from Amazon right now. I swear I keep this website in business haha.
