I went early in my 2nd trimester and hated it. It was more of a childbirth preparation class (lots of squats and kegels in addition to stretches to relieve pregnancy pains). Plus I wasn't having any pregnancy discomfort yet, so I thought it was pretty worthless.
I started going around 33 weeks. I was getting slight back pain - now I go 1-2 times/week and I have zero back pain and feel amazing! I highly recommend it. I'm still going and my due date is tomorrow...
I have a prenatal yoga DVD I do a few times a week, I would like to do it more, but I get lazy sometimes. I agree though, it is awesome and the stretching has been very helpful!

I loooooooved my prenatal yoga class! My studio recently had to close so I have been looking for a new one
I would go every other week but would do the streches every morning

NOW I think I'd actually enjoy it though.
