I am needing to eat something before bed but there is absolutely nothing that I want. Everything sounds gross to me and I have terrible heartburn. I asked DH and he offered to make me fresh juice. Silly man, that won't fill the belly!
Call me wierd, but a piece of whole wheat toast with a little strawberry jam really hits the spot! It's crispy and warm and sweet (and semi-healthy) all at the same time!

I've read that nuts or protein will help keep you from feeling like you're starving through the night.
