Colinda!

Need a new dinner idea please.  I am bored with my dinners, any suggestions?  I feel the need for comfort food.

Re: Colinda!

  • She's busy copping a feel on some studly inmates right now.

In other news: I also need dinner ideas.

  • Bummer!  I am tired of meat and a veggie!

  • Fish Taco's? That's what we're having tomorrow night. Tonight is chicken salad.
  • How about meat sauce spaghetti (italian sausage?) with spaghetti squash?

I think you're doing low-carb, right?  A couple of my break the monotony is immitation PF Chang lettuce wraps :)  I also have used the iceburg lettuce wraps as "taco shells", and put fajita filling in them or shrimp taco filling (shrimp sauteed with cilantro, lime, crushed red pepper, and a splash of tequila if you're feeling it, top with slices of avocado).

Oh that sounds really good, I must do this tomorrow night!  And how come we always miss each other!?!?!

I am going to try a baked spaghetti squash Saturday.  Pretty much the same thing but bake it off ;)

Yes, the baking is how I make the "noodles" out of the spaghetti squash.

I'm feeling really uninspired and we're doing spaghetti for dinner ;-) Did you see the next chapter on the blog?

The shrimp pseudo-tacos are my current fave, I must say.  Although, I've always wanted to learn how to do the spaghetti squash, so I'll probably be pinging you one of these days.  I haven't been around because I ran away for a week and hid out at my parents' house Embarrassed  They only have dial-up, so no bump for me.  Hope everything is ok, I know its been a crazy couple of weeks for you.
