OMG- where are the parents?
Sorry if this is a repost, but serisouly WTF??? I mean, these girls are incredible dancers, but can't they dance to something (and wear something) a little more appropriate.

Ok, so I know I am not suppose to say "when I have a child they will never..." because you don't know until you actually have a child
But, mark my words,
No daughter of mine at that age will be dancing like a stripper on stage and then have it put on the internet.

holy cow i feel like a pervert for watching that. that's terrible. the dance moves are bad.... but the outfits.... how could any instructor suggest that... how could any costumer make those outfits for kids... and how could any mom allow that.... wow.
i remember in dance as a kid, one year my mom was upset because we had a routine to the Beach Boys Kokomo and the instructor had us wear our own bathing suits for the beachy routine. And trust me, the dance moves were NOT like that!
WHAT? Ok, talented? Sure. Inappropriate? YES. 100% YES. terrible. I'd be embarrassed if I was their mother.

I danced competitively all throughout high school & minored in it at college. I've seen MUCH younger dancing to MUCH worse. It's awful.
That said, I will say that in a lot of *serious* dance communities it isn't seen the way it is outside them. For instance, the single ladies vid is a rip-off of an old Fosse video. Bob Fosse was a HUGELY popular choreographer (chicago, cabaret, sweet charity, etc). While his material tended to be R rated, his style of dancing became a staple. So a dancer sees it and thinks "oh! fosse choreography!" while someone else might think "oh! little baby skanks!"
I totally don't approve, but I figured I'd share where this whole 'thing' at least came from. You usually see it to more traditional skanky songs though (from all those Fosse musicals).
Now if it's not related to Fosse in any way, then there's REALLY no excuse.

Probably in the crowd screaming. ?I cannot believe the whole place was cheering so loudly. ?You would think you could hear a pin drop because everyone should be utterly shocked and disgusted.
?ETA: ?Do these parents realize that pedophiles are jacking off to their little girls as we speak? ?This is seriously?disturbing!
