Took Syv in for his 2 month shots today and I called DH immediately after to inform him that he would be in charge of the next appointment where shots were involved....I cried the whole time!!! Seeing 6 HUGE needles shoved in my baby's adorable chunky thighs, REALLY???? Worst experience ever (so far) in being a mom : (
Re: 2 month shots...seriously??
Was it written by Jenny McCarthy?
sorry, couldn't help myself
DD only had 3 shots (two in one thigh, one in the other) and one oral.
Six is a lot! I probably would have cried too.
Ha! Good one! I can't stand that woman.
Seriously?? You would write this in someone's post who is already upset that their kid had to get shots? Think before you post. To each their own and sometimes it's best to keep your "schedule" to yourself.
OP... I have to go tomorrow and am dreading it! I made sure DH knows he will be with me:)
no it wasn't but thanks for playing,,,,
dr.sears a very well known pediatrician in southern california that dedicated 30 yrs to studying vaccines and what are really in them. it is non biased and full of information
this comment is stupid as you are denying others from information they may be glad to have for future appts.
IT's good to be informed of what they are injecting in your little baby
I agree. I can't get over what is in some of those vaccines!!
It's a little late to be giving your opinion in this case. Yes it is good to be informed on what goes into your LO body. I think you just could have been more tactful about how you said it seeing OP was already upset.
I agree and should have altered the response, however, I was under the impression from her post that she already made the informed decision on vaccine shots and was just upset at seeing him get the shots. It was obvious in later posts that she had no idea what her lo was actually getting or supposed to get and i just don't understand putting blind faith in these type of things for your lo when there is plenty of time to learn a little in advance.
having said that, millions of children follow the recommended schedule and are just fine.
WOW remind me not to ask you for comfort EVER, I'm pretty sure you just basically called me a bad mom...THANKS that makes it much better : ) Sure wish I could be perfect like you!
Sorry. It's got to be rough seeing your LO in pain. We are seeing the pedi tomorrow for a sick visit, but are scheduled to get shots on Tuesday next week. Not looking forward to it at all.
