    Big Smile I can't believe I am in the final countdown!

    I am ecstatic- we have his pedi GI appointment on Monday and I am going to ask her if we can start introducing soy milk (he has a severe dairy allergy).

    I am tossing the pump soon. I am so close I can taste the freedom.

    I will probably straddle for at least a month though. That's what I did when transitioning from 3-6 because most of the girls I love have slightly younger babies!

    If you remember my b-day posts from awhile ago about DH's large a$$ extended family.........

    100+ guests. 10+ kids.

    We have to have it catered because MIL (understandably) does not want to cook for that many people.

    I think it's getting a little out of hand. FIL wants to have an "entrance" for B like at a wedding reception. He wants to walk out of the house into the backyard with "Circle of Life" blaring and him holding up B like they do Simba.

    Seems kind of dramatic, but such are Indian people.

    You need to tell DH that after the b-day party, he needs to take you out to a really romantic restaurant with wine.

    Lots and lots of wine.

    I sweat profusely when I have to talk to that many people (TMI?).

    It's ok. I just keep telling myself that it's only one day, and in the long run it won't matter if he is Mr. Crankypants all night because of all the excitement.
