LOST fans discussion (spoilers)

Once again I'm blown away. Faux Locke and his "mom" are Adam and eve. I thought the bones would be much older than 50 years as Jack speculated in season one. But maybe since they were both special magical people their bones could look young forever. Now for Jacob being the good one, now we have our answer. He isn't all good. Just as the mom wasn't all good. And it is his "game" with his rules to bring people to the island again and again. No wonder faux Locke is so pissed. And obviously he wasn't all bad. He just wanted to leave. I would probably be willing to kill after thousands of years on that island too. But since he fell down the hole of light thanks to Jacob.... He can't leave because the "mom" said that if the light left the world would end. So that is why he really can't leave the island. Ok what do you think?

    I've doubted that Jacob was good for sometime now. Last night just proved that I was spot on. I curious to know what time period they were in last night.

    Also, did you notice that the man in black killed his "mom" withe sword that was meant to kill faux Locke?  Locke taught Walt to play backgammon (the black & white pieces) just as young man in black taught Jacob to play the game on the beach.

    Is Fake Locke the soul of the MIB?  If the MIB died with his mom, how can he be reincarnated?

    Why did the fake mom kill the real mother and why did fake mom bash in her son's head?

    Is Jacob looking for his replacement as to why he keeps bringing people to the island?  I have a feeling Jack will replace Jacob.

    MIB wanted to leave the island so he could see what else was out there once he learned the truth, kind of reminds me of history where back in Columbus' days, they thought the world was round and went about exploring.

    I actually don't think the guy in black is the smoke monster.  The mother said nevergo down into the light because something worse than death could happen.  I think when Jacob sent his brother into the hole, he released the smoke monster.  If you watch all the seasons the smoke monster never had a face til Locke.  The MIB was then pushed out to the other side. The smoke monster is the energy of the island.

    I think now that Jacob is "dead" his spirit is still there until he can find someone else to take his place.  Thats why the smoke monster (Locke) keeps getting nervous when he sees him.  Remember thw mother said thank you to the MIB for killing her.  She knew he wasn't dead so she killed all his people to provoke him to kill her because Jacob can't because she gave him the drink to make him like her.

     I think that this is a story of balance.  I have more to type about this but I must get to work.

    Koyn....this is exactly my husband's theory.  The monster just took Jacob's twin's face to fool Richard and maybe other people.  And that is because the dead body wasn't buried.  Just placed in the cave.    He took the twin's body just like Locke's body.  Anyway I can't wait to read the rest of what you want to type.

    I am still processing but I love all of these thoughts above so far!  :)  Is anyone else curious why we were never told what the dark-haired twin's name was??  It must be really important if they made sure to not tell it, right?
