5 plus weeks and clothes are feeling a little tight around the middle

in 1st Trimester

ALREADY? REALLLYYYYYYYYYYYY????

is it in my head or what?? I have some bloatiness(new work lol) and have had it for a couple weeks now.  I dont' really think I gained weight wait, but I didnt' think this would happen so damn early!!!!

could it be multiples??

    Yes. It is surely a sign of quads.

    WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT?????????????????? lol.....well I did have to go through injections, so it's possible.  Didn't think it would come so early though.

    I swear I put on 10lbs of water weight right away w/ my 1st.  It can happen, I am proof, lol!

    my clothes started feeling tight around 5 weeks as well....I get more and more bloated everyday. It is totally normal, at five weeks it is the size of an apple seed, but DH swears there is more then one in there, but I know it is all bloat and no belly

    Welcome to the world of bloat. It will come and go and sometimes be nice in the AM and make your pants feel like they will cut you in half come dinner.

    If bloat was a sign of multiples, they would have seen at least nine babies floating around in me. 

    You should probably just count on your regular clothes not fitting for another year or so.  That way, if the bloat goes away, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

    Me, I'm wearing the heck out of yoga pants.

    My clothes were fitting tight at 5 weeks as well.  By week 6 I had to use button extender/bella band combo.  By week 7 I transitioned completly to maternity clothes.  I am only 8 weeks, but look more like 3 to 4 months!  Since I've had an u/s I know it's just a singleton.
    2nd ectopic resulted in loss of tube. HSG revealed remaining tube is "severely torqued".
    IVF #1: ER 03/29/10; ET 04/01/10: transferred 2 embies; Beta #1 (9dp3dt)- 45; Beta #2 (11dp3dt)- 91= BFP
    FET#1: ET 04/18/12: transferred 4 embies; Beta #1: >2 = BFN
    IVF #2: ER 06/20/12; ET 6/25/12: transferred 2 embies; Beta #1 on 7/5/12= BFN
    8/16: hysteroscopy for polyp removal
    11/11: hysteroscopy #2 for yet another polyp removal
    FET#2: ET 12/15/12: transferred 3 embies; Beta #1 (9dp5dt): 12/24/12: 426; Beta #2 (11dp5dt): 845= BFP
    u/s 1/9= triplets!; miscarried all three on 1/10/13...

    yep mine comes and goes. it's awful to be so early and puffing out! I didn't get this way with ds..so I guess everyone and every pregnancy is different.

    so went for the first u/s today. it showed 4 sacs!!!!lol... 3 fetal heartbeats.. will go again in a week to see more clearly....

     

    P.S. THIS PAST WEEK I HAVE BEEN FEELING MUCH BETTER...
