So..when did you stop burping LO?

I still do b/c he spits up so much but sometimes he does it on his own.

I still burp my DS. Sometimes he does it on his own. I am pretty sure I will burp him until he stops drinking formula.

not sure but def by 6months I had stopped since she had developed the ability to do it herself

I still do it out of habit. I sit her in my lap and pat her back a couple of times and they come out quickly.

Around 6 months. After a bottle, I just give a few quick pats but if nothing happens, I put them down and they burp themselves.

I still sit her on my lap and burp her once after she has finished her bottle. She's always had a hard time getting burps up.

When he could reliably sit up unassisted, so around 6.5mo. It can't hurt to continue if you want to.

I still do, but mainly because I like the cuddle after nursing. She smacks the back of the rocking chair and I nuzzle her head fuzz and neck.
