I'm normally a B cup. For years, friends and family have mentioned how huge their boobs got while PG. Um...when can I expect that to happen?
Mine are sore and feel a tad bit "fuller," but I certainly do not think they are any bigger. Does this happen later? Ever?
Also, does anyone know why breast tenderness comes and goes? If it's tied to horomones, and our HCG levels are continually increasing and Progesterone should be relatively static, shouldn't the tenderness be a constant? My tenderness really varies from one day to another (sometimes being absent for a day entirely), but it always seems worse at night. Just curious.
Re: Let's talk boobs.
I have read that your boobs will be growing the whole 9 months.
as far as your hormone levels, they even out at 8wks so your boobs will probably start to feel a little better after that.
hope you feel better
When I was pregnant with DD my boobs grew the whole time, but it was slow nothing to noticable. Then after she was born. BAMM... There they were, I breastfeed for 9 months and they are still huge.
This time around my boobs grew very quickly. The last 2 wks my DH has been drooling over them. LOL they do keep getting bigger gradually. I'm a A/B cup and I'm just about at the max for a B cup now. By the time the baby comes I might be about a C. After the baby you get to enjoy "engorgement" and start looking like a porn star!!!
EEEK!! Mine have already reached a D cup - up from a B 8 weeks ago. Which is exciting, if they hold it right here for a while. I don't need to be searching for EEE bras...
I was kind of upset that I'd gained almost 6lbs in the 1st tri, but according to my measurements (and my Doc's opinion), most of that is boob at this point. These things feel like they're full of lead. Not that I'm complaining...nor is DH
I think boobs are just like bellies in pregnancy. Everyone is different and each pregnancy is different. Rumor has it that when the milk comes in you have to sleep sitting up so you don't suffocate yourself
With the trio I started out a B and hit C's during the pregnancy. I went up to D's when my milk came in, when I quit pumping they settled down to C's.
This time I feel like I am already almost back up to a D.
YES! After DD was born my boob thought they needed to feed the population of China It was crazy!
