Roughly how long after you could feel (with your fingertip) a tooth starting to poke through your baby's gums did it take for the tooth to erupt & then fully come in?
It often took a month or more for the whole tooth to come in. I think it's been a couple of months since C cut her last tooth and it's still not in yet.
It was different every time...could be just a week, could take a month. Sometimes you can speed up the process by letting them "chew" on a frozen carrot or something. I think the biggest pain they fill is when it's "cutting" their gums, but once it's somewhat out, I think the pain goes away and the teeth just grows.
I first noticed G's molars about two weeks ago. One is through, but the other hasn't come through yet. It really depends. But with G I could usually tell when it was getting closer to the surface. His gums get sooooo bumpy and gross feeling.
