Need help sending a private message

Someone sent me a message and every time I try to reply to her when I hit "submit" it says "user not found". I doubt she deleted her profile....why is it doing this? I am supposed to be sending a bumpie coupons and am trying to ask for her address and dont want her to think I am blowing her off :(
