evening nap??

we usually put dd down for the night around 8:30. but lately ive been seeing a pattern that she wants to nap around 7 every night. i usually let her but wake her after 30 min or so. should i let her sleep? or not let her nap at all at 7 until its bed time??

7 is actually considered an ideal bedtime for a baby her age (the range is 6-8), so she may be ready to move her bedtime up...DS used to go to bed at 7 but has crept it up to 6!
