I am starting to feel sick (yay!) and nothing looks good to eat. I wish water would provide all the nutrients I need and keep me full because that is the only thing appetizing to me. I don't even feel like eating! Ugh.
I had that over the weekend, not fun when you are stilling trying to hide a pregnancy and you are around family the entire time. I actually found if I nibbled on a few hard gingersnap cookies, it would help take away my nausea and at least allow me to eat.
Yes, I have felt the same up to recently. For most of the past 9 weeks or so, I too would look at all the normal things I am used to eating and not want to eat any of it! So I have pretty much benn eating a very bland diet. The only thing I find I could really stomach throughout the nausea and such was CEREAL! Rice krispies is what I have had. Also english muffins with a little margarine. Anything else though was just repulsive. I am vegetarian and so I don't eat meat anyway, but the meat smell made me want to vomit and even tofu that I normally eat, I could not touch. My husband made some crab cakes in the oven and the smell just about killed me!
I have just really stuck to what I could tolerate like fruit, some form of carbs, even some nuts and ate small amounts of it every few hours, just to make sure I was getting some nutrients.
Same for me! Its been this way since the weekend. I havent had coffee or Subway in 8 days -- my two favorite things...I just nibble all day long, but nothing really looks good to me.
