Is there a dish I can put it in to freeze or is there a way to freeze it (maybe after wilting it)? Or should I just find a new home for it? I don't see us eating it all in the next few days and we're going out of town.

Do you have a juicer? You can juice it and freeze the juice in cubes to add to smoothies, then freeze the "pulp" that comes out the back end to add to recipes.
Hmmmm....I just don't have any nuts on hand. I'll have to mull it over and think. I would do the strawberry/spinach salad but I just used all the strawberries for my pie

i've washed, chopped, blanched, then dried off spinach from our garden before freezing. Was yummy later in recipes.
we use spinach in lasagne filling, I also love to make a spinach quiche with cottage cheese. I've had, (but never made myself) wonderful spinach veggie burgers too. You can also puree or juice, freeze the results, and add in recipes.

I'm laughing like an idiot at myself because of this. I was really surprised to see you linking a bondage blog on here..and then I clicked the link and it all made sense. And then I just had to laugh.
Re: What to do with tons of spinach?
this
If you have time, you could also use it in stuffed shells or lasagna and then freeze that.
Or you could make a big strawberry spinach salad and pretend that it's warm.

i made this the other day

it was good and easy, however, i think i'll add some ricotta next time. i think it would freeze well.
ETA: i sauteed my fresh spinach in garlic and olive oil and let it cool for a minute before adding it to the cheese mixture.
YUM! Maybe I'll just make that for dinner someday this week!
