f/u to DH cheating

This weekend was craptastic (except for mother's day of course) I started packing up my stuff and DD's stuff (we have waaaay too much stuff btw) and DH freaked out and he's kissing my @ss like crazy, He says he's willing to do whatever it takes to fix things. I agreed to try counseling at least and if we can get past that then at least I feel like I did everything before giving up. Anyways that's what's up. Hope your all having a better monday than me!

    Wow I must have missed the OP. I'm sorry you are going through that. Counseling is a good idea. It works wonders. We've been in it for a few months for other problems and its helped a lot. Good luck!!

    oops I thought my OP was on this board but only on 3-6...to sum it up I caught DH cheating last week (through text messages on his phone) and I was ready to just leave but now he's begging that we work things out..it's been a whirlwind of a weekend. I'm hoping counseling will help.

    that sucks.

    if/when you start counseling get someone who's focus is on helping you work it out/stay together, not someone who will in effect help you break up.
