1) 36 wks
2) yes! DH treated me to a day out - we picked out our diaper bag, I got a hand massage at the cutesy specialty baby shop, and he bought me delicious ice cream.
3) lots of sharp, pinching contractions...gobs of goo...nausea, shortness of breath, and backache radiating around...calling the dr today since it's been happening pretty consistently since thursday
4) one more shower to go this coming saturday...still needing a stroller...breast pump...bed sheets...bottles....baby safety kit

2) My husband took me out for pizza and took me shopping. Found a great deal on some Yoga pants at ON for after I have baby.
3) See above post - had my NST this morning and they confirmed I am indeed having contractions....the last one went COMPLETELY off the chart - out of a 12 it was more like a 14 or 15!
4) Had all my showers and we are pretty much set. I can't wait to put our LO in his or her outfits!
5) No....but work makes me think of labor and sitting at home makes me think of labor....I can't get away from that "L" word and thinking about when my time is going to come!

2) did anyone treat you to anything for mother's day? I got two cards in the mail (one from my niece because I'm her Godmother and one from a girlfriend). I told DH I'm not celebrating since I'm not a mom yet.
3) any labour signs yet? Just braxton hick...or so I think that is what they are.
4) have you had all of your showers? is there anything that you still need before LO gets here? We don't need anything. We have everything.
5) anyone on mat leave? Not yet. Waiting it out until delivery.
1) how far along are you? 35 weeks tomorrow (ticker is a day fast)
2) did anyone treat you to anything for mother's day? My husband made me breakfast, my mom gave me a few little gifts and so did my sister, my other sisters gave me a card, it was sweet, I wasn't expecting any of it.
3) any labour signs yet? not yet thankfully
4) have you had all of your showers? is there anything that you still need before LO gets here? I just had one shower, it was last week, I went out right after and bought lots more stuff, I have a few odds and ends I need but have almost everything I need I think.
5) anyone on mat leave? not till I go into labor or am told otherwise by my doctor.

2) I got to stand for the mother's day blessing at church and my FIL got me a Mother-to-be cake!
3) On and off BH but nothing major!
4) I am only having 1 shower and yup... it's done! It was a surprise and it was huge (abt 60 ppl!) I think I'm all set! I need to get Ivory Snow and start washing some clothes/blankets/bibs/washcloths/towels.
5) Nope.... I'm a supply teacher and I plan on working till the end... but I do find that I am not taking as many days as I used to!

2) did anyone treat you to anything for mother's day? Nice family lunch at Mom's house. It was also my grandma's 80th birthday so we focused mostly on that.
3) any labour signs yet? Nope
4) have you had all of your showers? is there anything that you still need before LO gets here? I had a surprise shower at work on Friday. My co-workers are so super sweet!
5) anyone on mat leave? Still plugging along

2) did anyone treat you to anything for mother's day? DH gave me a card from he and the baby, and from our dog (lol). I bought myself a baking stone and lumped it in the category of a gift, even though I was going to get one regardless.
3) any labour signs yet? nope!
4) have you had all of your showers? is there anything that you still need before LO gets here? We have had all of the showers we'll have before the baby arrives - our church throws a shower for babies a month or so after they're here, but we're nearly completely set on the necessary gear...I think.

Morning Luv!
1. Almost 36 weeks!
2. Not officially, but DH did finish painting the closet and put the crib together!
3. Nope. None. Nada. Zip. Wish LO would drop already and get the bleep out of my ribs.
4. Had my shower a few weeks ago and picked up a few essentials last week. Still need a few more things like crib sheets and newborn hats/socks.
5. NOPE!!! I'm here until the end. Grrr. I'm hoping to go early because 4+ more weeks seems torturous!

2) did anyone treat you to anything for mother's day? Yes, I got a few cards in the mail and yesterday DH and I went out for a nice dinner.
3) any labour signs yet? I've had some contractions, and the other night I had some bleeding after sexy time- not sure if it could have been my MP or just regular bleeding...
4) have you had all of your showers? is there anything that you still need before LO gets here? Yes, I had all my showers. There's nothing else we really need.
5) anyone on mat leave? Yes, I have been for the past month and am wishing I wasn't. I've been soooo bored. But I know if I was working I'd be very uncomfortable.

3) any labour signs yet? - I have BH pretty much everyday but nothing real yet!

2) did anyone treat you to anything for mother's day? I posted earlier - DH got me a "mother to be" card and a cast iron skillet (cause he knew I didn't have one)

4) have you had all of your showers? is there anything that you still need before LO gets here? Just had the 2nd one on Saturday. The only big things we still need are a glider, a 2nd car seat base, and a changing pad. Everything else is just little stuff (thermometer, nail clippers, cloth diapers... that kinda stuff)

3) any labour signs yet? last night i had horrible back pain! but no signs of labor yet...my hubby got my my body pillow that i kicked off the bed and was finally able to fall back asleep, i was on the verge of tears...but i know that that is only the beginning so i am sucking it up...

NO! it was gonna be like 4 different showers, so my MIL said lets just have one big barbecue shower, and that is this saturday, then i will work on organizing and washing stuff. But we have the furniture all put together and the room painted.
5) anyone on mat leave? I am a paramedic, so I have been on light duty in dispatch since week 25, but I am hoping to stay at work behind the desk until i go into labor, or until a couple days before my due date. Whichever comes first...

2) did anyone treat you to anything for mother's day?Dh bought me a boston fern. I love it! I've been wanting one.

4) have you had all of your showers? is there anything that you still need before LO gets here? Only "large" item needed is bouncer. The rest of the items are small things. My shower was this past Saturday and we villed up 1 van and 1 car. It was insane and everyone was so incredibly generous.

2. I got some cards from DH and my family and my mom bought me some nursing tanks and a nightgown for the hospital
3. no signs of labor
4. had my shower... I THINK we have everything
5. my last day as of right now will be June 4th (15 more working days)

2) did anyone treat you to anything for mother's day? I got two adorable cards from DH and a stuffed cow (to remind me of our honeymoon in CA with the happy cows
) ) and my Mom gave me a card from her and one from the baby 
) and some $ and a scratch off hehe. And I got cards from my family too.
3) any labour signs yet?: Increased BH (not sure if that's a sign but they're definitely more frequent) pretty sure I dropped a bit, and pretty sure I lost some if not all of my MP from Saturday night to this morning. Also was having some contractions that were felt lower and in my back almost Saturday night, I think being upset about losing a pet brought them on. They were far and few between. Hopefully she stays in for at least another 2 weeks :oP
4) have you had all of your showers? is there anything that you still need before LO gets here?: I had one shower, it was April 11. There are some things I'd like to get but I'm not sure if I will. (Like hte snap and go stroller, an umbrella stroller, etc. I can get an umbrella one later on though when she's a bit older)
5) anyone on mat leave?: I've been unemployed since the beginning of December because my company went bankrupt. So I guess you could call it like a maternity leave :oP
1. 32 weeks, 5 days
2. DH planted my new rose bushes for me, my brother bought me a card
3. No labor in sight (but my bff is being induced today, so I'm preoccupied with that)
4. I had my family shower on April 24. I think the other teachers are planning something before school gets out (in 3 weeks) and then DH's work is going to do a shower in June since I'll be off work and able to attend. We have all the clothes we could ever need, but we still need bottles (and related cleaning/drying supplies), a bouncer, and a swing. Work showers usually result in gift cards, so that will be great to buy the bigger items.
5. No leave yet. My "leave" starts when school ends, at 35 weeks, 2 days.

2. MIL got me a card with money and mom got me a card and showed me the blanket she's knitting for LO!
3. Haha I've had labor signs since 25 weeks so yes. Lol. When I hit 34 weeks this week I'll just have 2 more weeks of taking Procardia and then I can stop and let her come! Yaaay!
4. I had my family shower and just the other day my friend told me she's planning a friend shower for me this month!! How sweet! We still need LO's pack n play, a Boppy for BF, and my breast pump. We pretty much have everything else!
5. Been out of work since 20 somthing weeks. Thinking about going back to work soon after LO is here though :-(. I wanna help bring a second income so after the 1st month with LO I might start looking..
