I borrowed a Graco one and found it to be an absolute lifesaver. I was not happy when I couldn't carry the carseat + baby anymore and had to switch to the regular stroller. I miss the big basket underneath it.
I have no experience with the others, but the Graco one served us very well.

We have the cheap baby trend one that was like $39 or something. It's great to have, but because we only used it for like 5-6 months, we didn't want to spent a lot on it.
i had read somewhere that the graco would only work on graco carseats. not sure how much truth there is to that, but we wanted one that would definitely be universal.
best invention ever. there's no way i would have been able to lift and maneuver a travel system by myself right after dd was born.
We have the baby trend because the Graco didn't work with the Chicco carseat.
I like it. I never used either of the other ones so I have nothing to compare it to. For the limited time we'll be using it (because C will outgrow the infant seat soon) I'm perfectly happy with what we have.

Ditto!

18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!

We have the Graco... if you decide to go this route, let me know...You can borrow/buy/whatever. We won't be using ours much longer since she hates being in the dang infant seat.
we had the graco and i loved it... and M was/is a small baby, so we got a lot of use out if it.
i bought mine on CL and resold it on CL to get a maclaren for this 2nd baby, mostly for the fact that it folds up like an umbrella stroller. but we haven't used it yet, so i can't comment on it, but i'm sure it's great, too.
We have the Maclaren and we love it. I love how it collapses down like an umbrella instead of just in half. The size of the basket and folded size sold me and justified the additional $20 for the Maclaren.
I also wanted to add that we have the Chicco Keyfit 30 and the Maclaren seemed to fit the Chicco the best.

We had the Graco and I loved it! It felt a whole lot less overwhelming when I was on outings by myself. I'm very happy I decided to go that route!
