ummm...blueberries as a finger food..

Huge hit!

But Jake's fingers are purple. Is there special soap?

    DS loves it too! his fingers didn't turn purple though! but he did squeeze them and make a mess by throwing them all over the dining room lol.

    maybe just try to clean it off when he bathes?

    I'm hoping bathtime will take care of it. They were frozen..maybe that makes them juicier?

    oh, maybe. that's a good idea. i haven't ever seen frozen blueberries but maybe b/c i've never looked for them.

    oh, maybe. that's a good idea. i haven't ever seen frozen blueberries but maybe b/c i've never looked for them. 

    I normally give him fresh, but I have bags of frozen veggies and fruit for when I'm in a pinch. I give him the fruit frozen and heat the veggies in the microwave, it's great for when I'm out of food, in a hurry, or I need a few minutes to get dinner ready!

    Ry loves blueberries. They're one of his favorites. The juice usually wipes off and the stuff under his nails comes off in the bath.

    And DD's fingers have never turned blue- I am thinking it is probably b/c they were frozen.
