On to plan B

CD10 & had my follie check US this morning. I have 2 follicles on the left measuring 19 & 16. The RE said I could trigger tonight with IUI on Monday morning however my hubby is leaving town Sunday night so we are moving on to Plan B.

I had to stop in the pharmacy & spend yet more money on a shot called Ganirelix which is to suppress ovulation, continue with one more shot of Follistim tonight in hopes the 16mm follicle will catch up, trigger on Sunday night & IUI on Tuesday morning.

I'm concerned the hubby isn't going to be back in town by Tuesday morning & if so then this round we will try TI - Sun & Tues night. Anyone do injectables + TI & end up PG? Just looking for some hope that this combo can work!?

    If you don't have MFI it IUI won't give you a huge advantage according to my RE.  We got pregnant on our last injectable cycle with TI.  Good luck!!!
    image 30 y/o with PCOS HSG normal, SA essentially normal (slightly low morph but good # and motility) 50 mg Clomid...zip; 100 mg Clomid...nada; 150 mg Clomid...zilch 1/10 Injectable cycle with Gonal-F, Ovidrel, and TI.....Beta 2/22...BFN 2/10 Injectable cycle with Gonal-F and Follistim (long story), Ovidrel..BFN 4/10 Injectable cycle (see above). BFP but early m/c 5w5d. 5/10 Break cycle due to BFC (Big Fat Cyst)...darn it all 6/10 Injectable cycle +IUI...BFN 7/10 Injectable cycle + IUI.....BFP!!! Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    When we were in the IUI stage, I had a similar situation with DH going OOT, so we froze sperm. 

    I've only used ganirelix in IVF and it definitely did it's job.

    Well, we did injectibles this cycle (gonal-f), and we did TI. I'm in my 2WW, so I'm hoping it worked for us!
