Yogurt has acidophilus in it. ?You can buy it in pill form so you don't have to eat a whole tub of yogurt. ?But eating yogurt regularly once it's gone will help keep it away.
plain yogurt--the added sugar will create issues and feed the yeast--you'd have to eat a lot, so I would suggest acidophilius pills if you dont feel like downing a tub.
vinegar--but only apple cider vinegar--look it up, but when i was pg with ds I took a warm bath and poured like a cup in, it was supposed to help, but never did for me.
Garlic--in its raw form. You can take a clove and cut it in half and swallow like a pill. take it for a few days and see if it helps.
Drink lots of water and cut out excess sugar, also change your underwear frequently and use liners to cut back on having to do too much extra laundry---these you can do at the same time as one of the others.
GL--I ultimately needed to get medicine from the doc, or use an OTC medcine..they are safe, just use the 1 or 7 day one, not 3day--some reason it doesnt work with pg women.

ooo I'm going to pay attention to this thread! I have one now and my cream isn't kicking it. To get something better, I'd need an internal but the last one caused me to bleed which, having high risk isses, was not fun! I eat yogurt all the time though and it doesn't do a darn thing for me. Like 3 cups a day seriously. but it is great for weight loss and regulation.
