How I told DH

On Wednesday after getting my 1st beta results, I decided to tell my DH. I remembered that I had bought (a long time ago) a frame for him that says "Daddy & me". (It was on sale and I couldn't pass it up).Anyway, I put it in a gift bag and when he got home from work, I sat him down and gave it to him. I said "Happy Cinco de Mayo!" He looked at me confused and said "but I didn't get you anything". I thought to myself "Oh yeah you did, you got me the best thing ever". So he opens it, looked at it, read it, and then looked at me. He said "It's a frame". Then he read it again and I think the huge smile on my face helped him finally get it. "You're pregnant?" he said. Yep! I am! We're so excited, but I am still not believing it's true. I guess I won't until I see it on an u/s.

    That's very cute---I did something similar (although not a frame) with my first pg and it took him a moment to get it.

    awww so sweet!  When I hear these stories from you ladies, I always think that I wish I could have been there to see their reactions.  But then I am sure your dh's would be like, "Okay who is that stranger crying her eyes out in my house"?!  Heehee that is a lovely story and I wish you both all the very best!
