Breastfeeding mommies

My dear friend is 3 weeks away from having her baby boy and has decided to exclusively breast feed.  She really isn't too in to it, but knows it is what is best for her baby.  She posted a blog about it today (and I know it was hard for her to be so honest about her feelings in it.)

She is asking for advice, so will some of you check it out and send some her way?

    Thanks girls!  Her husband is a Marine and will not be home for another month or so...so needless to say she is going to be alone for the birth and the beginning of parenthood.  I know she is feeling overwhelmed and discouraged right now so I thought you all could help.  You gave great advice...thanks!!!

    I responded...the best thing she can do for herself and the success of breastfeeding is to take a class or contact a lactation consultant BEFORE she gives birth.
