My poor baby. He wakes up during every single nap/sleep period and screams over gas/poop pain. I feel so bad for him. Mylicon didn't work, so I'm wondering if there's something I'M eating that's giving him gas? Any ideas on what I should try cutting out? I'm going to google and call the pedi today too...

Re: Something I'M eating giving him gas?
My normally mellow baby had 3-4 days of screaming & crying due to gas. By process of elimination (& help from this board) I figured out kidney beans & broccoli were the culprits. I stopped eating them & he hasn't had any problems since.
My DD had serious colic until she was 2.5 months old. I now really wish that I had cut out dairy back then - knowing now just how allergic she is to it, I think that it would have helped her a lot. According to all the docs we've seen, dairy and/or soy are usually the culprits when a child has a food allergy or sensitivity.
It can take up to two weeks for the diet elimination to take effect, so keep that in mind if you go that route. Also, you should only eliminate one thing at a time, otherwise, you won't be able to tell what helped and what didn't. Good luck - I hope you figure it out!
