Or if it as a big fail?
I know this is probably lame, but I'm just curious what you guys think. I remember back on the tri-boards, someone mentioned that a post is good if:
1. Per every 10 views, you get a reply.
2. If its clicky, 30% clicked (because many people who replied constantly open the post to see other results)
3. If its a clicky, it doesnt get much responses.
Do you agree?
Re: Soo... how do you know your post was good?
I hear its a good post if you get marked by the one star bandit.
Smart. I should've included that one - it means you were special enough to get attention.
I agree.
I think how many views = how interesting the title was.
And
How many responses = how good the actual post was.
I agree - too much math! And I always look for the red star. Those are the ones I think are good.
This is hilarious!
I consider it good if one person replies. If no one replies, then it was a fail. LOL
My FFFC is that I sometimes search for zero replies just so that person doesn't feel like they are being ignored.
oh and if you are going to make an assessment, this one makes sense ;P
You are sweet! Sometimes I think that way too.
Oh Batty, you're so smart.
I do that too and then I sometimes wonder if they can tell it's a pity reply.
My posts are always good. They have my siggy.
That, and I have too much time on my hands
I love IVS sass in the morning.
This.
Some posters are notorious for using a title that will catch your eye, but then you get in the post and the rest is boring. It's obvious they want to get a lot of views.
Example: WTF!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!!!
Inside: I stubbed my toe.
Your example is awesome.
