Our Forever Family Day!

Today was a great day, we also finalized our adoption! (congratulations to Babywisher too)  We ended up driving two hours to the courthouse instead of calling in. I am so happy we were able to do so, it was a very special experience. Both my parents and my husbands parents were able to call into the courtroom to listen, they were thrilled to be able to hear and be a part of this special day in their grand daughters life. The judge was so nice and gave Madelyn a cute pink pig. 

Thanks ladies for all of your support and for being such a positive and caring group. Best wishes to all of you in your adoption journeys.

    Congratulations!  What a very exciting day for you all.  I'm glad the finalization happened so quickly.  I was curious how long it would take after our 3 post placement visits.

    that's just wonderful!   what a beautiful baby you have!  forever mommy!....
