Saw my butterballs!

And I'm in love! OMG have they grown since I last saw them (last Monday). They had very strong heartbeats at 174 and 163. The one w/ the lower h/b was dancing initially, just like last time. : ) I forsee he/she is the trouble maker.

It was so amazing to be able to see the little fingers and even the brain! We also saw the blood flowing through the heart and umbilical cord perfectly.

I am in shock today. For some reason, this whole exprience has been feeling very surreal up to this point... but now it def feels real! Holy crap, we have 2 kids on the way!!! : )

BTW - Dh took the pictures to work, so I'll post pics tomorrow.

That is amazing! And the ultrasounds will get better and better as they grow. It's so great that you get to actually see them at each appointment instead of just hearing them

The nurse said she swears it is 2 girls... and started to rub it in Dh's face. He gets freaked out thinking of 2 girls... it is quite funny. Honestly, I really don't care what they are! I know it it is cliche, but all I want them to be is healthy.

Yeah DHs and girls -- very funny. Mine got sooo defensive when a little boy at her school told her she was soo beautiful at open house this past summer. He got seriously mad and upset and wanted to talk to his dad.. I was laughing so hard..

That's awesome, Jackie! I'm so excited for you! LOL@ two girls! DH would be the same way. He gets really anxious every time I tell him it's a girl. He has no preference for the sex, but I can see it in his face that he's in for a lot of trouble with a little girl (especially if she's like me, lol).

Embarrassed Making me blush.

Hopefully tonight I'll be able to upload the pictures from my camera. I have to admit, the bump is more imaginative on mine and DH's part. If you "don't know me regularly" you really just think I'm fat. Even though a coworker uncovered my secret yesterday! Then again, my top was real tight.

Can't wait to get home to see my u/s pics! DH took them to show them off to his dad and secretary.
