Baby Acne

How long did your baby's acne last? My DD started getting it at 6 weeks. It appears to clear up and then come back. Is there anything special to make it go away for good or does it just take time?

    It was really bad 4 - 6 weeks.  Now he just has a few pimples here or there.  Just clean it with soap and water as you normally would at bathtime.  It's from hormone changes so scrubbing at it won't do anything.

    DS still has it and he's 4 1/2 months old. Our Ped didn't act like it was an issue.

    DD had it from weeks 4-7.  We didn't do anything special for it.  Pedi told us to leave it alone and that it would go away on its own.

    we've had success using Aveeno Daily Moisture Baby Lotion (the fragrance free kind with oatmeal)
