if you were going to have two babies in the same room, 2.5 and six months old, would you get just one monitor and put it on the baby? or would you buy two cameras and put them on each other (if that's even an option?)
or is there a monitor that lets you see the whole room at once?
Re: another video monitor question
BFP with no treatment!
you can definitely get two cameras with many of the video monitors. I know the summer infant slim and secure and the safety first prism allow this.
We put our camera on top of a tall book case in the corner of the room to get more of a birdseye view of the crib. I think we could probably angle it to see a lot of the room if we wanted to. Not sure how your cribs will be setup but you could probably find a way to get both cribs in the same camera. Most come with hardware to mount to the wall so you could probably mount in the corner up pretty high.
I'd probably get one that has the capability to add cameras and see how you like just one, then buy a second one later if needed.
ditto - and am guessing you would be happy just having a camera on the baby that will pick up sounds from both.
