Dear ex-landlord...(vent-ish)

Dont tell me the blinds were new when we moved in and replacement will be deducted and don't you DARE tell me I need to be 'harder' on my daughter and teach her discipline because there is crayon on one of the walls. SHE'S 2!!! (almost)  Angry      First of all, I'm not done cleaning, the crayon will be gone by the time I'm completely moved out. 2nd, I have a copy of the move-in inspection and NO, the blinds were NOT new.   You suck!

    I'm so glad that you have that report. When I use to rent, I would not just keep the inspection report but I would also take pictures of the place and/or video as proof. So many landlords try to make stuff up. You have to protect yourself.

    This was me too.  One time I had some ***/dumbshit send me a letter stating what I was getting back that I wasn't receiving any of my deposit back, I send a certified letter back very nicely asking for an itemized list of deductions and issues as I was legally entitled too.  What a surprise when my next letter from him was my full deposit back.  Made me sooo pissed off for people who didn't know betterAngry
