I was at lunch when one of the main bosses walks in to go to the bathroom. She comes out and says "One of you want to teach Sara how to not get pregnant? Apparently she didn't learn the first time!"

Sara just had a miscarrage.......

There has to be someone higher up that you can address this with. Please. If I were in your coworker's situation, I would like to know that someone was looking out for me. Luckily, I didn't have to deal with any twatwaffles like that during my losses.

OP, since you are only 14 weeks, I don't know if you are out at work yet. I would say that this might constitute a hostile work environment especially if she said it in front of another pregnant woman. You should speak to someone above her in the company and mention that she said this.
