did your milk seem to come in quicker the 2nd time arround?? just wondering

    Nope, about the same. But I've had a better supply this time around.

    Yes, 1 day PP this time and about 5 days PP with DS.  I also have had a larger supply this time too.

    Mine started to come in on the second day PP.  But DS still nurses and was nursing up until I went to the hospital.  So, that made it easier.  The first time took 6 days PP for milk to come in.

    My milk definitely came in quicker this time around.  I delivered on Friday morning and my milk was in by Saturday night.  I pumped and stashed three ounces before we even left the hospital.  I was amazed.

    FYI...my LO was born a bit early and was in NICU for the first day and a half.  I did get to nurse him initially immediately after birth and then they admitted him to the NICU.  At that point I started pumping with a hospital grade pump and was taking him any little drops I was able to produce.  I pumped for those two days every three hours around the clock until I was able to nurse him again in the NICU.
