s/o public schools in GA

Let's be honest, if a family is living in a $2+ million home, chance are their child is not going to a public school.  Why would it hurt for the extra tax money help the children, who can't afford to get the same education?

Of course I am talking about this blindly, because I don't know much about GA's issue.

  • Actually, many of the kids in those homes DO attend public schools.  There are only a select few private schools and while it may be true that SOME of those children attend the private schools, most of them don't.  And even if they did attend private school, their parents tax dollars would still go to public education.

This is my point.  I understand their tax dollars are important to them, but why not help the ones who don't have the option of paying that amount.  I think that is where our country is going wrong.  No one wants to help out anymore.  They live in the what is mine, is mine world.
