DS is still breech and my OB is giving me an option of doing a version which would need to be done next week. Anyone have one done before? What can I expect? And did it work for you? If it worked, did your baby flip back to the breech position again?

Re: XP: Did anyone have a version (baby manually flipped)?
They tried to do one with my co-worker with her daughter (granted, 10 years ago). She said it was super painful, bruised her pretty bad, and did not work, so she had a C-section.
I have no idea how typical her experience is.
My DD was breech at 36 weeks, and we did the Webster Technicque with a chiropractor, and she was flipped by 37.
I had one done at 37 weeks. It hurt a lot and I wound up bruised. They had the ultrasound there the whole time monitoring the baby and I stayed on the fetal monitor for a while after. Unfortunately it was unsuccessful.
I also tried the Webster technique and many things from spinningbabies.com.
I wound up having to have a csection.
