Our house for sale (again)

I hate to keep posting about it, since it's not baby-related, but I've gotta try all I can to get this house sold!

We've lowered the price to $139,900, so if you know anyone looking, please let them know!

3 bedroom, 2 bath house near Research Park in HSV

In other news, we're closing on our new house on June 8th!

    I wish I knew someone up your way who was looking!  It took us almost a year and a half to sell ours (and I won't truly believe it until June 2).

    Congrats on getting so close to moving into your new house!!!  I'm so sorry your house hasn't sold yet.  It's very frustrating, I'm sure.  Are you still happy with Ashleigh though?  I hope everything is still going okay since I recommended her!

    I love Ashleigh to death! She's been working very hard, so I don't think it has anything to do with our realtor. I think there have just been too many choices for buyers in our price range, but now that some of the builders' incentives are probably dwindling b/c the tax credit deadline has passed, maybe we'll have more luck.
