  i just use plain water on my cloth wipes.
  

   

  when i was making my own wipes out of paper towels, i used 1/2 roll paper towels 1 3/4 cup water, 2 tbs baby oil, 2 tbs baby wash, and would stir then pour over paper towels and let it absorb.

  I use warm water with a drop of baby wash and a big squirt of pure aloe vera, all in a big spray bottle.  So it's mostly water.

  I don't measure, but it's about 2 cups water, 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1-2 Tbsp. baby bath soap.
