When I was reading your grocery store checkout part, I totally could hear Palin's voice. Yikes.

Not much really in the way of feedback otherwise...I think you hit the nail on the head as far as I'm concerned

[Edit] I meant the part about the grocery store checkout in a good way...yikes as in it was scary but funny!

Looks good. I believe that you're missing the word "is" in the last paragraph though:

"Sarah Palin is..." ?
