I think you have to order enough to get the free shipping ($49) or its not cheaper. And there are coupons for your first order. I am just bummed I havent seen coupons you can use after your first order.
I just bought some wipes, a new shield and some formula from diapers.com and was pleased. It may not be all that cheaper but I live in a rural area and like the selection. I can stock up on the products that we love and get the bulk sizes without drive the hour to the nearest bulk store or 2 hours to BRU. Shipping was super fast - 2 days & free. Also, had to return the formula since we decided to switch and they immediately replied to my customer support request email and sent me a return label. I'll order from them again.

It depends on the brand. When I was buying pampers it was the same price. Huggies pure and natural are 4 bucks cheaper at target. Right now they have a $5.00 off diapers for current customers. code is 5FORMOM
The diapers and wipes aren't a lot cheaper, but when it comes to getting pump parts and other items that are more difficult to find it is definitely worth it when you order enough to get the free shipping. I use them on a regular basis because of this and the quick shipping.
