  I can't remember exactly but I think it's about 100-120.  If you dial it up to the full amount you need it will stop if you run out & then you can just subtract that amount. I hope that makes sense.

  anywhere between 50 and 150IU. Every cartridge is a little surprise. You can dial up the pen and the plunger will stop when the meds are done, then you change out the cartridge and finish plunging, this way you can squeeze out every drop. GL.

  mine are 300 and seems to be standard extra of 37.5 in each one.
