Vent - new coworker

So today is my 2nd day back at work. I am having to cover a job that isn't normally mine b/c someone had their baby early and her replacement had emergency surgery.

I was at the back desk for the hospital this morning talking to the other lady who works at the desk(I work at AU's vet school). And all of a sudden the only person that I HATE on this planet is standing in front the glass. Apparently she is working here now. I'm not sure if its just temp work or permanent, but what are the freaking odds that I come back from maternity leave and she is here.

Can I please go home to my baby? Crying

I hope it's just a temporary thing and she is out of your hair soon. I thought about you yesterday...going back to work is no fun!

Thankfully she's not in my immediate area, but I'll still have to see her probably every day.

Yuck! As if your first day back at work wasn't rough enough... I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully she's a temp and will be out of your hair soon enough. If not, maybe she'll do something to get fired Devil

Ugh! Situations like that are terrible! I am so sorry. That's really the last thing you needed coming back from maternity leave, as if that wasn't bad enough.

Here's to hoping she is temporary!!
